Overview

Our client is building a global HR Data Hub to integrate data from multiple HCM systems used across different countries. The platform will support downstream systems and reporting via PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Design a conformed HR data model considering reporting needs and regulations (GDPR, etc.)
• Architect ETL processes and storage using Azure Fabric and Databricks
• Define data extraction, APIs, and interfaces for data consumption
• Lead rollout strategy and guide implementation, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

• Proven architecture experience in HCM data projects
• Hands-on with Azure and Databricks at the architecture level
• Experience with Workday and HR data regulations across countries
• Expertise in ETL design patterns and handling multiple data sources
• Azure Architect certification (AZ-305) is a plus
