Envestnet | Yodlee is seeking a Solutions Consulting Director to join our Yodlee department. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Raleigh, NC office.

Responsibilities include:
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for clients, translating complex use cases into strategies.
- Participate in sales cycles, collaborating with sales leaders to identify client needs and goals.
- Drive the development and launch of new Data Products based on market insights.
- Manage product roadmaps, ensuring successful launches and support.
- Write detailed business and product requirements, working closely with analysts and development teams.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate into product requirements.
- Support sales efforts by providing expertise on Yodlee products.
- Contribute to product-market fit strategies in retail banking, including data enrichment and financial wellness applications.
- Create presentations and lead strategic discussions with clients.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide feedback on product roadmaps and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Identify new solution opportunities and work with teams to prioritize features.
- Support documentation, architecture discussions, and integration efforts.
- Coach and train Solutions Consultants and Customer Success teams.
- Manage RFI/RFP responses and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years in the Banking Industry.
- 2-5 years in client-facing roles, including pre-sales and solutions delivery.
- Experience with Retail and Small Business Internet Banking and PFM systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools like ChatGPT.
Soft Skills:
- Effective collaboration with banking and product teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial markets, including data privacy regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales/technology within Financial Services.
- Experience with online PFM, banking, or mobile banking systems.

Salary: $125,000 to $190,000 annually.
