Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of software or business process consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints and deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; client-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage full lifecycle of consulting projects from discovery to post-implementation; ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continously improve service delivery.
