Job summary

Yardi Systems in Raleigh, NC is seeking a motivated Consultant to guide clients through implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Yardi software. You will build strong client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency.

The role requires five plus years in software or business process consulting, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Independent, sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.
