The Solutions Consultant is a self-driven sales professional known for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key contacts to achieve growth goals for LineDrive, its manufacturers, and distributor partners.

Reports To: Sales Director

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships within assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for manufacturer and distributor lines
  • Network with distributors and manufacturers regularly
  • Apply resourcefulness to overcome challenges
  • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in the Top 50 customer list
  • Use CRM tools to prospect and grow business
  • Educate customers on product ROI through training and knowledge sharing
  • Learn and implement Sandler Selling System
  • Participate in webinars and product training sessions
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Skills & Competencies:

  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Background in MRO Industrial supply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organizational skills and high energy
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage customer contacts
  • Willingness to learn and apply new sales strategies
Preferred (Bonus) Points
  • Top performer status and consistent over-achievement
  • Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Existing network within industrial facilities
Technical & Physical Requirements
  • Home internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and walk through facilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring mobility, working from home, hotels, or client sites.
