gTech Risk plays a vital role in communicating and managing risk information for gTech executives, overseeing reporting, engaging with stakeholders, and formulating future strategies. We are establishing an integrated, intelligence-driven operating system. As a key member of the Risk Strategy team, the Governance Analyst serves as an integral component in driving the effective execution of our governance routines, executive mandates, and cross-functional engagement within the gTech Risk Council.
In this role, you will establish reporting frameworks for key risk indicators (KRIs), develop quantitative metrics, and build an ecosystem that provides gTech leadership with real-time risk intelligence. Additionally, you will support the ongoing cadence and rhythm of business risk reporting.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
