Job summary

Addepar, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead the design and execution of end-to-end implementations for new clients adopting the Addepar platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, onboard clients, and ensure successful delivery while understanding clients' needs and maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach. Candidates should have finance/tech experience and strong communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience working in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience programming in Python language and/or experience with project management is a plus

The Role

Solutions Consultants are responsible for the solution design and execution of end-to-end implementation projects for new clients onboarding to the Addepar platform. They are passionate about understanding our clients' needs, take a hands-on approach to solving problems, and work collaboratively with internal teams to take ownership of our clients' success.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in finance and technology and is expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product. They must possess a deep understanding of our target markets and the clients we serve.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B , F-1 /OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for this role within the United States.

Compensation for this role includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits.

Base Salary Range

$74,000 - $112,000 USD
