Base pay range

$205,000.00/yr - $246,000.00/yr

4 to 6+ years of experience as an Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Sales Development Representative (SDR) or equivalent experience with selling $30,000 – $3,000,000 ACVs.

Overview

This role will operate within the office of the CTO. You’ll be working closely with the CTO and potential customers for technical discussions as you lead the pre-sales motion and the post-sale customer success hand-off.

As a Solutions Consultant at Attributilize, you’ll be part of shaping how recruitment strategies are brought to market through software and initiative. We’re at a new frontier of how work is done worldwide, and you’ll have a direct impact on how organizations learn to better adapt to sourcing talent.

You’ll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting, developing pipeline opportunities, and closing high-impact deals with new customers; by being their strategic advisor, you’ll deeply understand the needs of our prospects, align our solutions to their goals, and craft partnerships that bring value to the customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage deals from discovery, pricing, negotiation, and contracting with check-ins to drive pipeline conversions.
  • Execute Outbound Campaigns: Identify and connect with potential customers that align with Attributilize's efforts through outbound efforts using LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Independently develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Target accounts to generate, expand, and nurture opportunities.
  • Establish strong trusting relationships with prospects and guide them through complex decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering for technical discussions and Customer Success for hand off.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and sales workflows effectively and Slack for deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work with organizational team members in an effort to find the right approach to the right people at the right time.

Interview Process:

You’ll be interviewing with our CTO. After each stage, we’ll aim to notify you if you’re progressing within 48 hours of your interview taking place.

Stage 1: Screen – 15 to 25 minutes

  • An introduction and a review of your career history, future goals, and room for any questions you may have.
  • Select a B2B SaaS product offering of your choice and let the interview know of your selection during the interview. The interviewer has 30 seconds to review said product and come up with objections. Your goal is to overcome said objections as if a sales engineer of that product was also on the call with you (selective deferral).

Location: This is a fully remote position open to people in the United States.
