4 to 6+ years of experience as an Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Sales Development Representative (SDR) or equivalent experience with selling $30,000 – $3,000,000 ACVs.

Overview
This role will operate within the office of the CTO. You’ll be working closely with the CTO and potential customers for technical discussions as you lead the pre-sales motion and the post-sale customer success hand-off.
As a Solutions Consultant at Attributilize, you’ll be part of shaping how recruitment strategies are brought to market through software and initiative. We’re at a new frontier of how work is done worldwide, and you’ll have a direct impact on how organizations learn to better adapt to sourcing talent.
You’ll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting, developing pipeline opportunities, and closing high-impact deals with new customers; by being their strategic advisor, you’ll deeply understand the needs of our prospects, align our solutions to their goals, and craft partnerships that bring value to the customer.
