Job Title: Solutions Consultant

BetterCloud is seeking a high-performing Solutions Consultant to join our Implementation Team. This role involves working closely with our Professional Services Organization to implement BetterCloud solutions for our high-growth customers. The candidate will collaborate with Success, Sales, and Support teams and work directly with customers to ensure successful onboarding and implementation. This position requires work hours aligned with Eastern or Central time zones to support our US and UK/EU customers.

Responsibilities

1. Implement BetterCloud's management and security platform for clients.
2. Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure proper onboarding.
3. Work with IT professionals from leading companies while upholding our principles of customer delight.
4. Gather customer stories for communication with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Candidate Profile

1. 3+ years of experience with SaaS platform implementation and administration.
2. Strong technical proficiency in SaaS technologies, APIs, and quick learner.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Customer-facing experience, especially in enablement roles.
5. Eagerness to contribute during a period of rapid growth.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with G Suite, M365, Okta; certifications are a plus.
2. Experience in startups, IT consulting, or tech vendors.
3. Familiarity with SaaS apps like Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Zendesk.
4. Knowledge of REST APIs is advantageous.
5. Experience with BetterCloud is a plus.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings.
