Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a data-driven consultant to design, build, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards using NAVEX’s GRC Insights data models for client projects.

You’ll partner with customers to understand objectives, facilitate discovery, liaise with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Expect remote collaboration, strong presentation skills, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of consulting, BI, analytics, or customer-facing tech experience.
• Hands-on Power BI experience creating dashboards and reports for business users.
• Strong analytical and decision-making ability; capable of gathering requirements and proposing solutions.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate cross-functional, remote teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing environments.
• Proven project management, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools.
• Culture agility; comfortable in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation and follow-through.

What you’ll do:

• Partner directly with customers to understand business objectives, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather dashboard, analytics, and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deliver compelling Power BI reports and dashboards using pre-existing data models from NAVEX’s GRC Insights solution.
• Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision.
• Analyze and map customer reporting requirements into intuitive visualizations that enable data‑driven decision making.
• Liaise between cross‑functional teams to coordinate and execute the project lifecycle.
• Effectively report and communicate back to project teams (internal and customer teams).
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions.
• Present NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities.
• Up to 10% air travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

What you’ll bring:
