• 3+ years leading or contributing to large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably with modernization.

• 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably involving architecture modernization.
• Experience with Generative AI and a demonstrated ability to identify and implement AI/ML solutions that address business challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is highly desirable.
