The ideal candidate will drive architectural strategy, lead enterprise transformation initiatives, and leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to deliver scalable and innovative business solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application Development.
• Extensive expertise in Java, solution architecture patterns, including micro-frontends, microservices, 12-Factor Applications, and modern distributed systems.
• Strong software development background with hands-on engineering experience.
• 5+ years of relevant task management and leadership experience.
• Proven hands-on and architectural expertise in modern cloud-native architectures, with a demonstrated ability to lead architects and drive organizational transformation.
• 3+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly those involving architecture modernization, preferred.
• Experience with Generative AI and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML technologies to address business challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry preferred.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms and technologies widely adopted across the industry preferred.
