Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead SAP-based transformations for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping end-to-end SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP) and guiding teams through testing, data management, and migrations.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, drive PoCs, and help define measurable customer outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product and Engineering, co-selling, and shaping delivery

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SAP platforms in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles and technical evaluations.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Technical experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP BTP.
• Experience designing end-to-end business process test scenarios across SAP and adjacent systems (Ariba, Salesforce, logistics platforms).
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, or transformation programmes.
• Understanding of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Test Data Management.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators and enterprise consultancies.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Treasury domains.
• Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Ability to run technical discovery, design solution architecture, and lead PoCs/PoVs end-to-end.
• Certifications in Tosca, UiPath, or SAP test automation platforms (Nice to Have).
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, or Focused Build/Focused Insights SAP certifications (Nice to Have).
• Experience in Financial Services, Pharma, or Logistics (Nice to Have).
• Prior experience partnering with a TDM/data vendor or practice (Nice to Have).

• Enable partners to position and deliver Synthesized successfully within enterprise programmes.
• Support joint customer engagements and co-selling activities.
• Embed Synthesized into delivery methodologies and testing approaches.
• Lead end-to-end PoCs and PoVs from discovery to completion.
• Define technical success criteria and measurable customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities using customer use cases and enterprise scenarios.
• Drive technical win strategies to support revenue growth and customer success.
• Act as the voice of enterprise customers internally.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Share market insights and emerging trends within SAP ecosystem.

• Advise customers on modern approaches to Software Quality Engineering and Test Data Management


• Support large-scale transformation programmes involving ERP modernisation and platform upgrades


• Build technical relationships with SAP implementation partners and System Integrators


• Enable partners to position and deliver Synthesized successfully within enterprise transformation programmes


• Support joint customer engagements and co-selling activities


• Embed Synthesized into delivery methodologies and testing approaches


• Support on end-to-end PoCs and Proofs of Value from discovery through successful completion

Requirements

• Experience designing E2E business process test scenarios across core flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) spanning SAP and adjacent systems (Ariba, Salesforce, logistics platforms)


• Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, or transformation programmes


• Understanding of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Test Data Management


• Experience working with Global System Integrators and enterprise consultancies


• Knowledge of business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Treasury


• Experience working with highly regulated enterprise environments
