Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking experienced pre‑sales professionals to guide data‑driven transformation in large Retail and CPG accounts. You will work with AEs to define technical strategies, lead proofs of concept, and advocate for ML/AI adoption across key customers.

Ideal candidates combine value selling with hands-on data‑platform expertise, and will coach other team members while aligning customer strategies with our solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with very large (> $1m ARR) Retail/CPG accounts.
• 3+ years in a pre‑sales capacity or supporting sales activities.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience in big‑data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP or full‑lifecycle data‑science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.

Responsibilities

• You will work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for the company.
• You will lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt the company as part of their strategy.
• You will implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.

We are looking for experienced pre‑sales professionals who have a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data‑driven. Working with the Account Executive (AE), the Retail and CPG SA defines and directs the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts, leading to more widespread use of our products and deeper adoption of ML & AI. Your solid background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership will maximize success in these accounts. You will work with a team that builds proofs of concept and demonstrates the company’s products, and you must understand the relevance and application of ML & AI within a range of use cases important to the target accounts in the Retail and CPG space.

The pay range(s) for this role are listed below and represent the expected salary range for non‑commissionable roles or on‑target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, the company anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
