Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect role is central in enabling our NerdsToGo franchisees and their teams to deliver optimal technology solutions to their business clients. This individual guides franchisees through our array of vendors and programs, advising on best practices for implementation to maximize business outcomes. The Solutions Architect is tasked with designing tailored proposals, ensuring solutions meet client needs while fostering a culture of innovation within the franchise network. This role involves strategic partnership with vendors, continuous technology trend monitoring, and a deep understanding of our Professional Services Automation System to enhance solution delivery. The Solution Architect reports to the Brand President.

Role Responsibilities:

• Consult with franchisees to identify and implement technology solutions using NerdsToGo's vendor network.
• Design and deliver custom solutions and proposals for potential clients.
• Lead training initiatives for franchisees and staff on technology platforms.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Stay updated on technology trends and advocate for new solutions.
• Collaborate with Propelled Brands' operations and IT teams to align solutions with business strategies.
• Oversee reporting related to compensation and royalties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain internal digital resources for franchisee access.
• Support onboarding and training for new franchise locations.
• Handle escalated service desk issues effectively.
• Assist in planning and supporting company conventions with technology insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT, system management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certifications in solutions architecture, cloud platforms, or vendor-specific technologies are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design effective tech solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of current technology trends, solutions architecture, and vendor landscape.
• Proven ability to collaborate and lead.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services Automation Systems, cloud environments, SaaS, network/security fundamentals.

Work Environment & Travel:
