Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end mission planning solutions, integrating data, capabilities, and the Common Development Environment with government stakeholders to translate strategy into executable work.

The role requires coordinating across multiple development organizations and ensuring platform-specific MPE deliveries. You will align integration, testing, and fielding plans with the modernization roadmap, serving as a technical advisor

Qualifications

• Experience as a trusted technical advisor on requirements, delivery orders, and evaluations.
• Ability to decompose operational needs into implementable features across orgs.
• Experience coordinating across government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end mission planning solutions integrating data and the CDE.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate strategy into executable work.
• Ensure alignment of integration, testing, and fielding with modernization roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance on acquisition planning and evaluations.
