Mission

We seek experienced pre-sales professionals with a proven track record in helping large enterprises become more data-driven. Collaborating with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), the Enterprise SA defines and leads the technical strategy for our key accounts, promoting broader adoption of our products and ML & AI solutions. You should have a strong background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership to ensure success in these accounts. Your role involves working with a team that builds proofs of concept and demonstrates Databricks' products, requiring you to be technical and understand the relevance of ML & AI across various use cases in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors.

Outcomes

1. You serve as the primary technical representative for Databricks across multiple clients.
2. You guide customers through a transformational journey, aiding in evaluating and adopting Databricks solutions.

• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Production programming skills in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair pay. The salary range for this role is $139,700 - $247,300 USD, based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Compensation may include bonuses, equity, and benefits. For more details, visit our page here.
