Job summary

R3 Technology Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the modernization roadmap from current-state assessment through cloud strategy and implementation planning.

You will partner with IT leadership to define strategy, assess landscapes, and build architectural roadmaps while evaluating hybrid multi-cloud approaches with Azure and AWS. You will lead workshops and ensure security/compliance alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or in progress.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification required.
• Experience leading large transformation/ modernization programs.
• Hybrid multi-cloud with Azure and AWS knowledge preferred.

• Assess the current application and infrastructure landscape, identify gaps, and flag in-flight projects

Required skills

• 10+ years leading large, complex transformation/modernization projects
• 10+ years in IT (application support, design, analysis, or project management)
• 3+ years in state/local government within the last 7 years, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Current PMP certification
• Formal architecture certification (TOGAF or equivalent)
