Solutions Architect
US Remote
Contract
$70 to $75 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical roadmaps and strategies that guide data engineering and analytics initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate teams of Data Engineers and other technical professionals to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using modern data platforms and architectural patterns.
• Balance technical depth with business outcomes, maintaining a focus on delivery and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and roadmaps
• Experience leading and coordinating teams of Data Engineers or other technical professionals
• Expertise in at least 2-3 modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS Redshift
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture and modern data engineering practices
• Ability to align stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities and keep projects on track
• Experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and business outcomes
