FedEx Dataworks seeks a Solution Architect to bridge our Connected Intelligence Core platform with enterprise prospects. You will own full-cycle deal execution for our enterprise SaaS and workflow orchestration suite, delivering tailored, technically solid solutions that address customer pain points and accelerate time-to-value.
The role combines deep technical fluency with executive communication, guiding discovery, architecture, live demos, POC, and contract negotiations.
About the Role - FedEx Dataworks is building the world's first Connected Intelligence Core — a platform that fuses FedEx's physical ground truth of global commerce (17M+ packages/day, $2T+ in goods annually) with partner commercial graphs and third-party signals to turn supply chain data into automated, intelligent action.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between our platform capabilities and the complex needs of enterprise prospects and partners. This is not a traditional pre-sales role. You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, data products, API-driven integrations, and supply chain intelligence — translating Dataworks' platform architecture into compelling, tailored solutions that directly address customer pain points and accelerate time-to-value. As a Solution Consultant, you will own full-cycle deal execution for our enterprise SaaS and workflow orchestration suite
The ideal candidate combines deep technical fluency with the ability to communicate architecture decisions to both engineers and C-suite executives — and thrives in an environment where the product is evolving rapidly. In this hybrid commercial and technical role, you bridge enterprise consultative selling with deep solution architecture. Once engaged with a qualified lead, you take full ownership of the opportunity — running executive discovery, architecting the integration blueprint, conducting live technical demonstrations, managing the POC, structuring commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal.
