Evalueserve is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to lead client-facing solution design, presales shaping, and post-sale delivery for enterprise AI transformations. Translate complex business problems into scalable, secure GenAI architectures across data, governance, and operating models.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and governance teams to architect, demonstrate, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive measurable value for regulated industries and global enterprises.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise software delivery, or AI advisory.
• Experience with financial services, healthcare, consumer, or large enterprise clients in technical advisory or delivery.
• Client-facing technical role such as presales engineer or solution architect.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full deal lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Job Summary:

The GenAI Solution Architect will lead client-facing solution design, presales shaping, and post-sale delivery for enterprise AI transformations. This role is ideal for someone who can translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, secure, and commercially viable GenAI solutions across data, architecture, governance, and operating model dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale: Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery conversations with enterprise and regulated-industry prospects.
• Translate client problems into structured GenAI adoption roadmaps across data, platform, model, governance, and operating model layers.
• Design and present solution architectures that demonstrate the firm’s GenAI capabilities and differentiated delivery approach.
• Build compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical narratives, and executive-ready presentations that accelerate deal closure.
• Act as the primary technical voice in client meetings, responding to questions on agent design, orchestration, security, compliance, and scale.

Post-Sale: Delivery & Client Success

• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery once a deal is signed, ensuring the solution is implemented to the standard promised during sale.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with global engineering, data, cloud, and domain specialists.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as an adviser on GenAI adoption strategy.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through adjacent use cases, platform extensions, and managed services.

Capability Building

• Document delivery patterns, reusable frameworks, and lessons learned to accelerate future GenAI engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and go-to-market materials for the GenAI practice.
• Support hiring, mentoring, and development of future solution architecture talent.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to practice leadership, product teams, and alliance partners.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise software delivery, or AI advisory.
• Proven track record working with financial services, healthcare, consumer, or large enterprise clients in a technical advisory or delivery capacity.
• Experience in a client-facing technical role such as forward-deployed engineer, solution architect, technical consultant, or presales engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full deal lifecycle from discovery through solutioning, proposal support, and delivery transition.
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of GenAI systems, including large language models, prompt patterns, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments, with knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Hands-on comfort with prototyping tools such as Python, notebooks, cloud services, and API based implementation.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to present confidently to C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of pricing, scope management, assumptions, and deal economics.
• Collaborative and low ego; equally comfortable working with sales leaders, engineers, data scientists, and compliance teams.
• Self-starter who operates well in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with limited structure.
