Job summary

Endor Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to connect our security platform with enterprise customers, leading technical demos and educating on software supply chain security. You will tailor engagements to customer needs and demonstrate Endor Labs capabilities.

The role requires strong pre-sales experience, deep software development and DevOps knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver real customer outcomes. Competitive compensation awaits.

Qualifications

• Rich experience in pre-sales or similar customer-facing, technical role.
• Strong foundation in modern software development, including backend or full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Application Security awareness and familiarity with software supply chain security.
• Familiarity with Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
• Excellent customer and sales communication with Enterprise customers.
• Curious and eager to learn, collaborative in team settings.
• Action-oriented and proactive in solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Master Endor Labs tech and become go-to expert for demos.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re on the hunt for someone who is not just looking for a job but likes a bit of adventure, too! You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Rich Experience: You have experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role. You’re no stranger to technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations.
• Strong Technical Foundation: A solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps tooling. You’re comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams and understanding how modern applications are built and deployed.
• Application Security Awareness: Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles. You understand the importance of securing developer workflows and modern cloud-native environments.
• Tech Savvy: A robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems. Hopefully, you can meet developers where they are and flex some programming skills.
• Customer & Sales Skills: You’ve successfully engaged with technical customers at an Enterprise level and know how to articulate complex solutions and operate in a sales cycle.
• Curious and Eager to Learn: Always on the lookout for new technologies and understanding the intricacies of how things work.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team setting and value diversity and inclusion in every interaction.
• Action-oriented: You prefer actively solving customer problems and asking for help as needed.

Compensation

For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the compensation range is expected to be between $190,000 – $250,000. This may include additional incentives such as commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses, depending on the role.
