Job summary

VEC, a leading construction technology services provider, seeks a Solutions Architect and lead BI developer to own integration, API data pipelines, and enterprise data modeling for its software ecosystem. Translate complex AEC financials into reliable automated workflows and maintain the Power BI semantic model.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in integration, BI development, backend engineering, or data architecture.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 across Kantata, HubSpot, ClickUp, and Rippling.
• Hands-on iPaaS experience ( Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps ).
• Able to translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rippling integration with global HRM platforms and sync data into Kantata/ERP.
• Build integrations between HubSpot, Kantata, ClickUp, and Slack using iPaaS or custom scripts.
• Automate transitions, e.g., Closed-Won triggers for Kantata project shells and ClickUp workspaces.
• Design and maintain the enterprise Power BI data model and dashboards.
• Ensure reporting trust with clear data definitions and controlled dashboard proliferation.
