Databricks in London, UK seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. You will combine deep technical skill with strategic thinking to position Databricks as the foundation of clients’ data and AI strategy.

You will develop a technical specialisation, lead architecture conversations with senior stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or similar senior technical role.
• Strong Python and SQL with live coding and debugging skills.
• Deep distributed data systems and scalable pipeline design.
• Proficient with Databricks Platform and evolving specialisation.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP with governance considerations.
• Proven track record driving platform adoption and business value.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data eng, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer architects, leaders, and Directors.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating differentiation through custom solutions.
• Develop emerging technical archetype and be a go-to resource.
