The Solution Architect position is a technical role responsible for providing guidance and consulting for client-facing solutions leveraging Axon 911's call handling systems in a variety of operational schemes in both government and private sector use cases. As a Solution Architect at Axon 911, you will be responsible for assisting the sales cycle as well as the operations department by designing end-to-end solutions including Axon 911's products as well as integrations with 3rd party solutions. You will participate in both pre-sales services and delivery activities on strategic engagements for clients and with partners to provide optimal and comprehensive solutions; write technical specs, systems, and flow diagrams; and collaborate and perform research for different technologies and solutions together with our R&D and CTO departments.

The Pay:Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 88,200 in the lowest geographic market and USD 141,120 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
