A leading tech company in Dallas is offering an Emerging Talent program for aspiring Solutions Architects. Over six months, participants will engage directly with customers, developing solutions and gaining hands-on experience. Ideal candidates are those with a degree in computer science or related field and programming skills. This role provides a unique path to drive business transformation using AWS technology.
AWS Emerging Talent Program - Solutions Architect
The Emerging Talent (ET) program within AWS Industries and Strategic Accounts develops the next generation of AWS Solutions Architects (SAs). We prepare talented individuals to work with AWS's most influential and strategic customers, helping them transform their businesses on the AWS Cloud.
The program offers a 6-month mentorship where you will:
The program operates in Dallas, Texas for the first 6 months. After completing the program, we will assign you to a customer account that may require relocation (within the United States) to a city with an Amazon office near your customer.

Customers within AWS Industries and Strategic Accounts represent some of the largest, most influential customers in their respective industries. Upon completion of the ET program, you’ll progress to become a field Solutions Architect. There, you’ll collaborate with other members of the sales account teams to help drive AWS customers’ service adoption, act as a thought leader by conveying best practices in both 1-to-1 and 1-to-many customer events, and convey customer feedback internally to help shape the direction of the AWS Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
