We are looking for a hands-on Senior Solutions Architect to design, integrate, and optimize enterprise technology platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced architect who has delivered complex solutions and is ready to take broader responsibility for platform strategy, integrations, and technical leadership. The position focuses on Salesforce as a core platform and includes work with Microsoft Azure services to support integrations, data management, and cloud-based solutions. The role also supports initiatives in automation, AI-driven tools, master data management, and release management. This is a technical, hands-on role with opportunities to influence architecture, drive platform improvements, and mentor technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Platform StrategyDefine and implement solution architecture standards, best practices, and design principles.Develop platform roadmaps that align Salesforce and integrated systems with organizational goals.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable across platforms.
• Salesforce ArchitectureProvide technical guidance and hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, integrations, and platform design.Support governance, security reviews, and compliance initiatives.Assist with release planning and change management across Salesforce and related systems.
• Integration & ConnectivityDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, including cloud, data, and operational platforms.Enable secure, high-quality data exchanges with external systems and partners.Establish standards for APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Data & ReportingContribute to enterprise data governance and master data management efforts.Define architecture patterns for data storage, retrieval, and reporting.Collaborate with business teams to enable analytics and reporting capabilities across platforms.
• Automation & AIIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization.Assist in designing and deploying AI-enabled tools and automation solutions.Partner with security and risk teams to ensure responsible implementation of AI initiatives.
• Collaboration & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable designs.Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.Provide technical leadership throughout design, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Security & ComplianceSupport adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across platforms.Contribute to best practices for identity management, access control, and data protection.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, middleware, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of enterprise security principles and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
