The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity security solutions that help enterprise customers enhance their security posture. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of AI-driven identity security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own solution design and architecture, guiding customers on the implementation of identity security solutions.
• Conduct technical deep dives, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution workshops for enterprise clients.
• Work with CISOs, security architects, and identity teams, helping them integrate AI-driven security enhancements.
• Translate complex security and identity challenges into clear, scalable solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on real-world implementation feedback.

What Does Success Look Like? You will help build and scale the company’s Solution Architecture function, ensuring customers successfully deploy AI-powered identity security solutions while playing a key role in the company’s continued expansion.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a Solution Architect role, designing and implementing security solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity Security, with deep technical expertise in IDAM, authentication, and authorisation.
• Strong implementation, design, and architecture experience, particularly in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate complex security challenges into scalable, real-world solutions.
• A startup mindset, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
