Job summary

Franklin Fitch in New York City is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers through sales and implementation, shaping platform adoption and technical strategy. The role requires strong cloud expertise and the ability to work with senior stakeholders on complex infrastructure and security decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into actionable solutions, driving adoption and long-term partnerships across enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, TAM, Sales Engineer, or Cloud Architect).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with ability to troubleshoot complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for technical and business audiences.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with passion for technology and innovation.

• Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
• Lead architecture, security, and deployment discussions to ensure successful platform adoption.
