• Enterprise Architecture Design – Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals


• Data Modeling & Database Design – Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data models; relational and NoSQL databases

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical and automation consulting services to IT and business units


• Serve as a technical leader within the enterprise automation community of practice


• Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of information and process systems


• Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust, scalable system solutions


• Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes to ensure strong solution and service design


• Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure compliance with strategic blueprints and architectural standards


• Review process assessments and identify applications of automation technology across business domains


• Identify reusable components and manage configurable parameters, queues, and robot schedules


• Drive design best practices and troubleshoot design or code-related issues


• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation solutions


• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide automation testing standards and best practices


• Act as a primary point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and reviews


• Establish and support service management standards for automation platforms


• Develop automated tools and scripts for enterprise use


• Drive development and implementation of automation deliverables


• Thoroughly test developed solutions


• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and procedures


• Establish standards for scripts and work products to support reuse and maintainability

• Provide after-hours or on-call production support as needed


• Resolve simple to complex production support issues
