We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise CMS / DXP platforms, with Sitecore strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale CMS re-platforming and migration programs, working across multiple SI/vendor partners, and architecting global, multi-country and multi-language digital experiences.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with enterprise CMS/DXP platforms, preferably Sitecore.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CMS migration or re-platforming initiatives.
- Experience coordinating architecture and delivery across multiple SI and technology vendors.
- Strong experience with global web deployments, including multi-country and multi-language environments.
- Experience designing complex CMS integration landscapes involving CRM, DAM, identity, analytics, and CDN.
- Ability to operate effectively within matrixed organizations and formal architecture governance structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong executive-level communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sitecore XM Cloud / Content Hub certifications.
- Experience with Sprinklr migration or replacement programs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar MAP platforms with CMS.
- Experience designing content authoring governance and workflow automation for distributed marketing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise CMS/DXP initiatives.
- Architect and support Sitecore-based digital experience platforms and large-scale CMS transformations.
- Lead architecture for CMS re-platforming, migration, and modernization programs.
- Define integration architecture across CRM, DAM, identity, analytics, CDN, and marketing automation platforms.
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and governance.
- Work closely with offshore and nearshore SI partners, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and delivery commitments.
- Support global web implementations across multiple countries, languages, brands, and business units.
- Provide technical leadership in steering committees and cross-functional governance forums.
- Translate complex technical architecture into business-readable documentation and executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, integration challenges, and opportunities for platform optimization.
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and ensure successful execution of the enterprise digital architecture.
