Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and requirements to design effective solutions.
• Present and explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide solutions consulting in digital transformation, including scoping, estimates, solution design, migration, and architecture design.
• Lead and oversee the architectural design and integration of enterprise solutions involving CMS, CDN, PIM, DAM, eCommerce, and other required tools and technologies.
• Promote the effective use of new and existing technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation.
• Facilitate meetings for reviewing technical architecture and decision-making.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to new and existing architectural systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and advancements.
• Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, microservices, headless and other modern technologies.
• Possess extensive experience in the Customer Engagement, Sales & Marketing domain.
• Experience working with Marketing and eCommerce stack to build Digital Experience Platform.
• Extensive experience working on content management Systems like Drupal, Headless implementation using React frameworks.
• Extensive solution architect experience to build integrated digital platform using headless and microservices patterns.
• Experienced in AWS-based hosting and deployment processes.

Skills:

• Strong technical background in software architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Implement agile and automated processes for software delivery through DevSecOps.

1. To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis.
2. Creation of solution and architectural views (logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure and operations architecture).
3. To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder, portfolio concerns.
4. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products or technologies.
5. To manage Non-Functional Requirement adaptation for the solution.
6. To contribute towards white or technical papers and knowledge base.
