Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions analysis, technical program delivery or related field.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and data engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Agile practices (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms and tools.
• Experience in data visualization and analytics.
• Excellent written communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end UAT strategy including data, environments, defects and test automation.
• Provide accurate testing estimates in daily scrum meetings.
• Document and execute UAT test scenarios with scripts.
• Use test automation tools to enable efficient E2E testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Technology groups.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate testing processes and share findings.
• Monitor and report testing defects and re-testing outcomes.
• Update project calls and communications with colleagues.
