Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a technical consultant to design and implement software solutions and professional services in collaboration with sales teams and customers.
The role involves on-site customer visits, technical advisory with IT staff, and developing POCs and SOWs for review and approval. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–2 years of related experience, and relevant printing pre-sales/post-sales support experience.
Responsible for consulting with sales teams and customers in the design and implementation of software solutions and professional services. Assists in providing technical support in sales presentations, customer training, and the delivery of professional services.

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
#PM19 #LI-FL1 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.- Relevant business experience relating to printing pre-sales/post- sales support in Large Format, office and production environments.- Extensive travel may be required, up to 70% with overnight stays (valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record necessary). Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.Fiery Professional & Expert Certification. Certified Color Management Professional Master; responsible for providing post-sales 24/7 after hours support and implementation services. Actively assist customers with application on-boarding activities to increase print volumes.In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $69,300 - $103,770.
