The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Solutions Advisor for the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity (GAMN) business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Enhancing relationships with key customers and strategic partners to improve the client experience, increase perception of our product solutions' value, and maintain and improve customer retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve communication and operational efficiency to boost customer satisfaction.

Execution
  • Partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization within the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity portfolio. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for product functionality and solutions methodology/content.
  • Own the client relationship, coordinate interactions, and focus on client needs throughout the organization.

Strategy
  • Understand the client's strategic goals. Conduct workflow and configuration reviews with clients implementing Solventum HIS best practices.

Client Care and Advocacy
  • Advocate for customers, log issues, escalate as needed, and collaborate with Customer Care, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to address concerns.
  • Track and improve client satisfaction through KPIs and improvement plans.

Stay Relevant
  • Keep up-to-date with industry and product changes. Participate in corporate initiatives, adhere to standards and policies, and act in line with Solventum HIS values and ethics.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 8 years of health information experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims processing software and clinical classification methodologies.

Additional helpful qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with EMR workflows and Medicare/Medicaid/Value-Based Care methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with collaboration tools and remote teamwork
