Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience administering core banking or financial applications, including deposit business specifications.
• Experience writing Business Intelligence reports.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and maintain thorough documentation.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with financial software and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core financial applications to ensure system stability, accuracy, and effective performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and develop practical system and process solutions.
• Support deposit-related business specifications and banking system functionality.
• Create, maintain, and analyze Business Intelligence reports.
• Research system issues, business processes, and banking requirements and document findings and solutions.
• Monitor data accuracy, system integrity, and overall user experience.
• Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Identify and resolve system and operational issues with strong analytical skills.
• Maintain documentation related to system functionality, processes, procedures, and business requirements.
• Ensure system processes align with financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
