Minimum Degree and Experience

Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Documenting requirements, prototyping, testing, and analyzing infrastructure.
• Client engagement to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Supporting proposal development, client presentations, and demonstrations.

• Financial modeling and understanding of managed services economics.
• Staying updated on managed services trends and creating differentiated offerings.
• Architecting or transitioning large-scale managed services solutions.
• Benchmarking industry standards and managing client relationships at the executive level.
• Technical skills in software development (Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Microservices, Cloud Native), container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), networking, monitoring tools, and KPI management.
• Strategic thinking, enterprise architecture (TOGAF knowledge is a plus), and experience in designing and implementing complex distributed applications.
• Understanding of Cloud, DevOps, and Agile paradigms.
