Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

As part of the Managed Services team you are responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and performance-driven solutions tailored to client needs across various disciplines. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You play a crucial role in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, aligning client objectives with our offerings.

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
