As a managed service management and strategy professional, your focus will be on transitioning and operating services, managing delivery teams, programs, commercials, performance, and delivery risks. Continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services are key aspects of this role.

You will grow as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams, solve complex problems, and exercise sound judgment in autonomous situations. Your ability to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams and your commitment to excellence will contribute to our firm's success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Developing and architecting profitable, complex cross-domain solutions using agile and planned methods.
  • Engaging with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Supporting proposal development, client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor, aligning client goals with our offerings.
  • Understanding estimation, cost levers, and activities across technical domains like Server, Storage, Network, Cloud, etc.
  • Knowledge of managed services trends and creating differentiated offerings.
  • Architecting or transitioning significant managed services solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry benchmarks and third-party sources.
  • Managing client relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across dispersed teams and clients.
  • Understanding of monitoring tools, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Broad architecture skills covering application, infrastructure, data, and systems design.
  • Proficiency in software development technologies such as Java, C#, Python, Microservices, etc.
  • Knowledge of various database technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Understanding of container technologies and cloud-native solutions.
