About the Job:

Provides reporting, data extraction, and data analysis from several financial systems used by Physician Finance as well support for Elliot Health System (EHS) Budgeting and Decision Support. Duties include delivery of advanced ad-hoc reporting requests and the creation, ongoing development and enhancement of multiple systems required for operations and financial analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supports Physician Finance’s data needs to include report writing, completing data loads and data extraction, while ensuring data integrity
  • Provides application setup, implementation, administration, and modifications for multiple systems
  • Serves as System Administrator for the Workday Financial System and the Adaptive Budgeting System which includes administration and security, the development and distribution of custom reports, and setup for data loads
  • Monitors daily load files are successfully transmitted from EPIC to Kodiak and works with Revenue Cycle to resolve any issues
  • Supports Physician Finance through system upgrades and testing

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a closely related field, Required
  • 5 years of related experience including developing and managing analytical systems, systems, application and database design, data modeling and business process analysis, Required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, and Crystal reporting, Required
  • Excellent communication skills
