About the Job:

We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst for the following applications: Cadence/Prelude. Positions are available at levels 1-4, with the final level determined by experience, Epic training status, and cultural fit. The role involves implementing, developing, and maintaining Epic and third-party systems, providing support, and ensuring compliance with software standards. Responsibilities increase with experience, including mentoring and project leadership.

This role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and partnership-building skills. The schedule is Monday-Friday, Eastern time, with some flexibility, and participation in an on-call rotation is required. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel for Go-Live or training events.

What You’ll Do:
  1. System Build and Configuration: Research and configure systems to improve processes and patient safety.
  2. Heuristic Design: Promote effective use of healthcare systems, leveraging clinical and business knowledge.
  3. Adapt and Innovate: Embrace change, seek improvements, and demonstrate innovative thinking.
  4. Ensure Accountability: Take responsibility, correct mistakes, and uphold service standards.
  5. Collaborate and Communicate: Build partnerships and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
  6. Information Technology: Apply systems development lifecycle knowledge for deployment and maintenance.
  7. Project Management: Manage projects effectively, understanding SDLC and project principles.
  8. Documentation and Testing: Maintain documentation, develop test scripts, and ensure quality standards.
Who You Are:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and education.
  • Experience as an analyst implementing or testing vendor software or healthcare operations.
  • Epic experience (end-user or analyst) required; certifications and proficiency levels vary by position.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Active vendor and Epic training status required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and use a computer extensively.
