About the Role

The Solution Architect will guide end‑to‑end architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments while ensuring best‑in‑class design, performance, and governance. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to drive modernization, standardization, and architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end‑to‑end enterprise solutions across on‑premises, off‑premises, and cloud‑native environments.
Design and implement distributed systems with a focus on low latency, high throughput, resilience, and scalability.
Apply enterprise architecture patterns including microservices, event‑driven architecture, and DDD.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for architecture—standardizing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with Principal Architects and senior stakeholders to define and enforce architecture principles and reference models.
Lead technology roadmaps, modernization programs, and strategic technical initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology decisions with business goals.
Provide architectural mentorship and oversight to engineering teams across multiple domains.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

Requirements
