Overview
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and client-focused Solution Strategy & Design Consultant. This role involves designing high-impact solutions, developing strategic roadmaps, and guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in consulting, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and needs assessment sessions with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop strategic solution roadmaps, including architecture design, technology selection, and implementation planning.
- Create high-quality deliverables such as solution blueprints, business cases, and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical architects, product managers, developers) to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and adjust strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Present recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, solution design, or strategy roles.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic solutions.
- Expertise with architecture frameworks, digital transformation, and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, AWS/Azure) preferred.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay Rate: $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience.
