The
Solution Specialist is a dynamic and versatile role responsible for promoting, demonstrating, training, and discussing Boxlight’s portfolio of brands and solutions, including Clevertouch, Frontrow, EOS PD, and MimioSTEM. This individual will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging and educational sessions, ensuring customers and partners understand the value and capabilities of our technology solutions.
In addition to product demonstrations and customer engagement, the role will involve content creation, trade show attendance, internal training development, and staying up to date with industry trends and technological advancements. This is a home-based position with frequent travel across the western United States, specifically west of the Mississippi River, to meet with customers, partners, and our offices.

- Product Demonstration, Discussions & Training (50%)
- Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training on Boxlight’s full portfolio of brands and solutions with key stakeholders, including Clevertouch, Frontrow, EOS PD, and MimioSTEM
- Work closely with customers and partners to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of each solution, ensuring alignment with their educational needs
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure customer adoption and effective use of hardware, software, and services
- Tailor product presentations to specific industry sectors (e.g., K-12 education, corporate, higher education) and user groups
- Develop and maintain internal resources, including training materials, guides, FAQs, and case studies, to support internal sales teams and external customers
- Create external-facing content such as presentations, videos, and product documentation to enhance product understanding and adoption
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure resources align with customer and market needs
- Represent Boxlight at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products, build relationships, and stay updated on market trends
- Network with potential clients and partners at events, providing on-the-spot product demonstrations and answering questions based on historic and new knowledge regarding the various sectors
- Help organize and manage Boxlight’s presence at trade shows, including booth setup, demonstrations, and follow-up communication
- Develop and deliver internal training sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand Boxlight products and how to communicate their value effectively
- Enhance onboarding processes for internal teams by creating up-to-date training modules and resources
- Dedicate time to self-research and personal development to stay current with industry trends, technological advances, curriculum changes, and competitor products
Education/Experience
- Degree: Education or Business highly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in educational technology, sales, training, or a similar role. Previous experience with Boxlight solutions or similar technology solutions is highly preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of educational technology tools, interactive displays, classroom software, and digital learning solutions
- Training & Communication: Experience in training, public speaking, or delivering presentations to diverse audiences. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Self-Motivated: A proactive learner with a passion for staying up to date on industry trends, product innovations, and educational technology
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75%, visiting customers, partners, and offices across the westernUnited States (west of the Mississippi River)
- Location: Must live in the territory (WestRegion: Denver, CO)
- Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the United States full-time for any employer
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Boxlight solutions, including Clevertouch, Frontrow, EOS PD, and MimioSTEM, is a significant advantage
- Background in education, instructional technology, or curriculum design
- Previous experience working with school districts or educational institutions
- Proficiency in creating and editing digital content (e.g., video, presentations, documentation)
- Confidence in speaking publicly and to varying group sizes
