You will work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, while contributing to incident reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement.What you will bringYou are a collaborative and analytical professional who can lead or contribute in multinational, multi-site, and cross-functional teams. You communicate clearly in spoken and written English and can explain complex technical issues to different audiences.You are willing to participate in 24/7 support and travel for on-site work when required.
