Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Launch Planning and Management professional to support launch planning across multiple assets and geographies. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute launch plans, prepare status reports, and present to executives.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in pharma/life sciences or consulting and proven project management, presentation, and communication skills. A Masters or CAPM/PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life science, or related field is required or CAPM/PMP certification.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in pharma, life sciences or consulting.
• Experience with launch planning and management and/or supporting launch execution (marketing, branding, PM, etc.).
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality communications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and address issues professionally and timely.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role working to support the launch planning and management efforts across a variety of assets, indications and geographies.
• Have strong project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Facilitate launch team meetings
• Provide daily launch project management for launch teams across assets, indications, and geographies, including managing and updating launch tools

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life science, or other related field is required, or PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Project Management Professional (PMP).The ideal candidate will also have a Masters or Graduate degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, life science or consulting industries
• Experience with launch planning and management and/or experience with supporting launch execution (marketing, advertising, branding, project management, program/product management, etc.)
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Effective meeting facilitation and strong presentation skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality effective communications
