The Solution Delivery Manager, Network & Telecom is responsible for leading the delivery of global Network projects across business units and regions. This role also facilitates Tier 3 escalation support and drives reliable, secure, and effective technology outcomes across Nutrien.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Network & Telecom projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business and IT objectives.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and support across initiatives, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Align project delivery with business strategies and technology roadmaps, ensuring outcomes drive value and meet organizational priorities.
  • Support the Global Network Engineering team with Tier 3 escalations, facilitating communication and resourcing needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and timely communication of risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams across the enterprise.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience introducing and scaling new technologies across broad, geographically distributed user bases.
  • Background in leading complex, enterprise-level technology projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors in the successful delivery of network and telecom solutions.
  • History of developing and implementing technology solutions that address business requirements and drive efficiency.
  • Experience applying structured methodologies to assess and improve service delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational performance.
  • Track record of supporting global network projects across multiple business units and regions.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $105,300 and $180,500. While this range is provided as general guidance, compensation decisions consider factors such as candidate skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based on location.

We offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
