Job description

We are seeking a Solution Consulting Specialist to join our team in Beijing. This is an excellent opportunity to work on incoPat product. Our team is responsible for incoPat products’ pre- sales. We have a strong skill set in pre-sales and would love to speak with you if you have experience in clients facing and report generation.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience, science and engineering background is preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in clients facing sales
  • Can explore customer business needs,
  • Good team spirit, serious and responsible, strong sense of responsibility

It would be great if you are . . .

  • Related industry or SAAS software service sales experience is preferred
  • Master degree or above education background, Science and engineering background is preferred
  • Patent agent or industry background is preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Draft and organize presentation documents and materials for prospective customers.
  • Collect and document customer requirements to ensure product or solutions demos meet their business objectives.
  • Participate in product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits of products and solutions.
  • Work with sales teams to plan and act according to their commercial strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and proposal status.
  • Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of products, solutions, and industry best practices.

About the Team

This team is responsible for the pre-sales of incoPat products in the Beijing region, including incoPat\API interface \ raw data. The team working closely with pre-sales and after-sales, data, product and other teams internally, developing new customers and serving old customers externally, to improve regional performance and customer satisfaction.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
