Infor is looking for an experienced pre-sales solution consultant for our MES product, someone who can engage with customers to become a trusted advisor and demonstrate the value the MES product offers. Driving successful customer outcomes and growth of the MES business at Infor.

You will benefit from being part of a dynamic and innovative team within the MES solution consulting organization, establishing strong connections with the sales, product, services and other teams. As a member of this team your contributions will be highly visible, allowing you to have a direct impact on Infor's success.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Engage in sales discovery calls and sales visits alongside the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and challenges.
• Become the trusted advisor for our customers, putting them first, and offering valuable insights around the value of MES.
• Work closely with customers and prospects to capture and document their requirements, leading requirement gathering sessions (either remotely or on-site) to ensure we accurately understand their needs.
• Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of our demo suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product features and capabilities. This will enable you to deliver compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects.
• Stay up to date with the ever-evolving Infor product and manufacturing landscape.
• Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events and conferences. This may involve presenting at events, developing reference customers, and conducting competitive positioning and analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience with a passion for the tools and technology that enable modern manufacturing processes and are familiar with digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with MES/MOM, or you have experience with related applications such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
• Experience leading discovery sessions with customers regarding processes.
• Ability to travel 40% or more.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MES experience.
