Responsibilities

• Articulate the value of the employer's technology through presentations and demonstrations to both technical and business stakeholders
• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) with technical, security, and compliance information
• Demonstrate technical aspects of the solution such as integration, security, and monitoring
• Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Develop and manage high-quality technical presentations and client relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as a consultant, pre-sales, or solutions engineer
• Technical experience with the employer's platform or similar Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when responding to RFIs
• Experience working within a SaaS environment and managing customer expectations
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and experience responding to RFIs/RFPs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Finance is desirable
• Previous experience in the CPM industry or with cloud computing
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SOC, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Experience implementing Corporate Performance Management solutions from major vendors like Oracle, SAP, or Workday
• Strong listening, presentation, and public speaking skills
